Hawks' Launceston community morning

On Tuesday, 7th February Able Australia clients and staff joined with the Launceston community for an active morning with the Hawthorn Football Club.

Those attending enjoyed a morning full of activities including fishing, totem tennis, marshmallow building, egg spoon races, bike riding and a cricket match which the Hawks were considered 'good at football' after being beaten by the local team. 

It was a great opportunity for our clients and the community to meet with members of the Hawthorn team and learn about the rigours of playing AFL. The time spent with the players was a fantastic opportunity which was enjoyed by all.
