Winners of this year's ablephoto announced

It was a tough job with so many outstanding entries in this year's competition, but the three winning photos in this year's ablephoto competition have been chosen.

 

This year's ablephoto competition recieved 27entries from deafblind photographers from New South Wales and Victoria.

Judges by Marcel Voesterman from Voss Photography and Christie Robertson from Digital Camera Warehouse were impressed at high standard of photographs entered in this year's competition.

This year’s three winners are:

 

General: “Yoyo’s” - Barry Lucas, VIC	My favourite place: “Floriade Festival ACT” - Vanessa Beddie, NSW	My favourite thing or person:“Jedi playing” - Edan Chapman, VIC

 Each winner receives a Nikon P7000 Digital Camera, camera case, memory stick and digital frame from Digital Camera Warehouse and a $150 voucher for a portrait sitting from Voss Photography.

All photographs entered will be displayed in The Atrium, Federation Square with the ableart exhibition from Tuesday 22 May to Friday 25 May so please come along and see the amazing talents of these photographers.
