Transport

Our community transport service provides a vital link between our community’s most vulnerable people and the world around them.

Able Australia provides a wide range of transport solutions for older people, people with a disability and disadvantaged members of the community.

Our objective is to maintain every person's independence by supporting them to access the many and varied programs and services available in their local community. Our modern fleet of cars and buses will transport people to and from:

·         Your place of work (as part of an NDIS plan or paying via a travel allowance)

·         Specialised transport to school/educational facility

·         Medical appointments

·         Social outings

·         Shopping

·         Visits with family and friends

·         Programs and community events

Do I qualify for support?
